About

Our Mission

A thriving community where individuals in transition find dignity, stability, and support through compassionate housing, personal growth, and purposeful connection, empowering each resident to take confident steps toward permanent, independent living.

We want to meet each person where they are and partner with other community service providers to offer services to meet each person’s needs.

Services range from mental health and/or substance use support programs, GED preparation, vocational training, and more.

We aim to walk these individuals through the steps needed to become good tenants, good neighbors, and good citizens.

Vision

A Place For Everyone is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity, stability, and hope for people experiencing severe housing insecurity. We provide more than a roof — through thoughtfully designed tiny homes and community-based empowerment programs, we create pathways to lasting independence.

We believe that every person deserves a safe place to belong and the chance to rebuild their life. By meeting people where they are and partnering with local service providers, we offer tailored support — from mental health and substance use recovery to GED preparation, job training, and more.

Our holistic approach helps residents gain the tools and confidence to become good tenants, engaged neighbors, and contributing members of their communities. With your support, we can turn housing into healing — and temporary shelter into a foundation for a brighter future.

Matthew (Matt) Burdick

With fifteen years in logistics, scheduling, management, a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Project Management, five years of municipal board leadership, and six years of ground up construction; I look forward to jumping in and serving our community members.

I started in public service in 2021 when I decided it was time for a new perspective on Boscawen’s select board. Over the last five years, I found that public service has filled a void that I didn’t realize was there. A firm believer in term limits at every level of government; I will be closing out my time on the select board at the end of 2026 after two terms.

Happily married for 19 years to my loving wife Hannah and father of two; Zoey, 20 & Owen, 18. A lover of the outdoors, concerts, and a bit of a foodie. I spend my free time hunting and fishing and firing up my smoker to enjoy the bounty with family and friends.
